We offer FREE RETURNS on NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS within 30 DAYS of your purchase. If you are not 100% in love with your purchase, please contact us for a REFUND, EXCHANGE OR RE-WORK authorization. All refunds and exchanges must be UNWORN and include the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Contact us for approval.
There are NO REFUNDS on personalized orders; however, if the piece didn’t work out, we would love to offer you store credit or a re-work (fees vary).
“Oops, I ordered the wrong chain length!” If you ordered something that doesn’t quite work out, no worries, we can help make it right. Just send us an email with a description of what you need to be re-worked so we can send you a quote.
Unless stated otherwise, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We’re not responsible for any lost, stolen, or broken items as a result of a returned item. For your reference, please obtain a shipping confirmation number, insurance, and package your item with care.
