Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on jewelry. However, if you have purchased a product that you are not 100% in love with we would like to exchange the item or provide you with store credit. Exchanges are done on a case-by-case bases. All items must be unworn/unopened for an exchange. All exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery date. There are NO RETURNS on custom orders. Please review your order before submitting. If there is a change you would like to make, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase.
“Oops I ordered the wrong chain length!” If you ordered something that doesn’t quite workout we can make the fix. Just send us an email with a description of what you need fixed so we can send you a quote. If the mistake was made on our end the fix is on us.
All exchanges require prior authorization. Please contact us to request an exchange. We will get back to you within 2 business days with instructions.
All shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer. We’re not responsible for any lost, stolen or broken items as a result of a returned item. For your reference please obtain a shipping conformation number, insurance and package your item with care.
